Lay The Place Laying System

[Paul Fowlie]

“The second system from Pro-Gambler Paul Fowlie tested on OBSR. This laying system is very unique but does that make it any good?”

This is the second system review I (Tim) have done on OBSR and also the second Paul Fowlie laying system review.

I was impressed with the first laying system - Stat Attack and have continued to use it personally. In a nutshell how do I compare Lay The Place? Well as good as, if not better, than Stat Attack. Let me explain, but first look at the profit chart for the last few months.

Without giving too much away here there is a fundamental difference between the two systems. Stat Attack is your usual ’lay the horse in the win market’ type laying system. Lay The Place on the other had is unlike anything I have seen so far. Firstly it uses the place market rather than the win market and there is always more than one selection in each race. Like I said this is a unique system and also a profitable one.

I have been using it for just over two months and have shown considerable profit. In fact July was an excellent month. So far August [time of writing] has been much slower but overall I am showing 34 points profit for the period. There have been a few occasions over the last year that about 8 points profit have been lost in succession. Every system is prone to losing streaks at times but it's the winning streaks that so far have massively outweighed them.

The reason I like this system so much is that liabilities are kept low. If you were staking £10 per point then the most you would lose in a single race would be £18. Considering the strike rate is around 70% this is simply excellent. I am sure you can now see the type of profit that can be achieved with those statistics. The last seventeen months have shown an average of 71% strike rate, so almost identical to mine.

Now down to the technical stuff, well there is none. The initial selections are made in seconds using any newspaper and as long as you get the price it is a bet. There is no form to study, there are no ratings to calculate, no jockeys or trainers to follow. With this bet Paul has really found a loophole bet that is making him week on week profits.

There are between none and six races to get involved in each day and the selection process is simplicity itself. You will easily pick it up within two minutes, I can guarantee you that. It really is an easy laying system to operate.

The Lay The Place method will complement any other laying plan or trading plan. As there are only a couple of bets most days this system is not time consuming and can run alongside any method you are presently using.

It seems Paul Fowlie has found yet another winning system and I can certainly see why he is a professional making his money from horse racing with systems like these. Lay The Place and Stat Attack go hand in hand with each other as they use different markets it is easy to operate both without one getting in the way of the other.

If you are new to horse racing or even an experienced pro, I would recommend trying Lay The Place no matter what you use at the moment. It is an excellent system and worthy of everybody’s attention who likes betting or are looking to get into it for financial gains.

I can only recommend that Lay The Place gets the highest recommendation on OBSR and I will certainly continue to use it myself. It is my favourite system to actually operate and the high strike rate means it is easy on the old stressed out ticker! I have included the profit graph of the system above to show in visual form how constant and continual the profits actually are. Not many betting system profit graphs look like this! Also there are a few stats below from their site for the system.

Longest winning run =14
Longest losing run = 3
Average bets per day = 2

If you only try one racing system, make sure it is this one.

Testimonials from other users:

“All in all, I’ve got to say that Lay The Place is the type of system that suits me down to the ground. It takes a minimal amount of time to operate, you know exactly which races you’ll be betting in the evening before racing, it uses straightforward level stakes and the strike-rate is high enough that you can comfortably go in with large stakes without the risk of breaking the bank when you have a losing day.”
